A Portfolio Management Service is a discretionary equity mandate where our research desk makes the buy and sell decisions on your behalf — but every share is bought directly into your own demat account. Nothing is pooled into a fund structure with other investors.

That single structural difference changes everything: you can see your exact holdings and cost basis at any time, you’re taxed as an individual investor rather than through a fund, and your portfolio can be shaped around your specific mandate rather than a common one-size scheme.

Our research desk builds your concentrated position list — typically 15 to 25 businesses — and phases the capital in, rather than deploying all at once.

Ongoing review & rebalancing

Positions are reviewed on a fixed schedule against their original thesis. You receive monthly statements and sit down with us at every material change.
